Kapanlagi.com - SEVENTEEN opens the Asian leg of their highly anticipated world tour, 'SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR' with a two-day concert at the Philippine Sports Stadium on January 18 and 19. After starting with two sold-out shows in Korea in October 2024, the tour continues to five cities in the US and four cities in Japan, with over 700,000 attendees, both in person and online.
At the concert in the Philippines, SEVENTEEN performed a 3-hour set filled with hit songs and fan favorites from their discography. The concert began with an opening sequence featuring energetic songs like "Fear," "Fearless," and "MAESTRO." A surprise moment occurred when BSS performed their new song, "CBZ (Prime time)," for the first time at the concert.
After that, the three units of SEVENTEEN—hip-hop, performance, and vocal—each showcased their own songs, such as "Water," "Rain," and "Candy." This highlighted the distinct strengths of each unit that complement each other in the overall group performance.
The concert reached its peak with performances of fan-favorite songs like "Super" and "Adore U," which then continued into an encore with their iconic performance of "VERY NICE." At the end of the show, all the members ran to every corner of the stage to interact directly with their fans, providing an unforgettable moment for the audience.
WOOZI expressed his heartfelt feelings after the concert, “We always have beautiful memories in the Philippines. Your great energy and spirit always move us. Thank you so much.” S.COUPS also spoke with gratitude, “I am very happy to be here with you. I am proud to fill such a large venue as we approach our 10th year. Although we are not all 13 members right now, I hope we can return as 13. We will strive to come back every time there is a chance. Thank you for your love and support.”
To celebrate their tour, SEVENTEEN collaborates with Spotify to open a pop-up CARAT Station Manila from January 17 to 19. This venue offers various photo opportunities and interactive activities for fans who attend.
After the concert in the Philippines, SEVENTEEN continues their tour to Singapore on January 25 and 26, followed by Jakarta on February 8 and 9. The tour will conclude in Bangkok on February 15 and 16, marking the end of a 4-month world tour filled with spectacular performances.
