Nikita Mirzani Questioned for 12 Hours Over Doctor Reza Gladys' Report

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Nikita Mirzani, along with Doctor Oky Pratama and Doktif (Detective Doctor), underwent questioning at the Metro Jaya Police regarding the alleged extortion case reported by Doctor Reza Gladys on Thursday (6/2/2025).

The questioning lasted approximately 12 hours, with Nikita and her two colleagues being questioned as witnesses alternately. They arrived accompanied by a legal team and followed all procedures set by the investigators.

Nikita's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, revealed that a total of 58 questions were posed by the investigators regarding the case.

"There were 58 questions, asking how the story goes, yes, the story is that someone asked for help, but when helped, they reported to the police, it became complicated," said Fahmi Bachmid at the Metro Jaya Police, Friday (7/2/2025) early morning.

1. All Examined as Witnesses

Fahmi emphasized that every citizen has the right to report to the police, but the report must have a strong basis and clear evidence.

"Yes, it is someone's right to report, but in the legal process, a person can report to the police, but there must be proof. So, what is being examined today is Dr. Oky, all the doctors are being examined as witnesses," he said.

In this examination, Nikita and her colleagues provided clarification regarding the accusations directed at them. According to Fahmi, the allegations do not align with the evidence they possess, and they are ready to prove it before the investigators.

"We will prove this, here are all the conversations, so there is no problem. It is the investigators' duty to summon everyone, anyone who reports. It is also their duty to provide information that what has been reported does not match the evidence we present," Fahmi explained.

2. Reasons for the Long Examination

Nikita explained that the examination conducted alternately is one of the reasons why this process lasted up to 12 hours. In addition, she, Dr. Oky, and Doktif also chose to wait for each other so they could go home together.

"So the one who was questioned first was me, it’s done, Dr. Oky. Dr. Oky is done, then Doktif. So it was just waiting for each other, that’s why it took so long. If it had been done earlier, we would have gone home since the afternoon," said Nikita.

After this examination, Nikita and her team fully entrusted this case to the investigators. They remain confident that the actual events are different from the allegations made by the reporter and are ready to prove it with the evidence they have.

"We can prove that the incident is not as reported, far from it with the evidence we present. But let that be the investigator's assessment, our obligation as citizens, as people who are reported, is to come," Fahmi concluded.
