Nikita Mirzani's Legal Drama, Legal Counsel Requests Protection for Lolly

Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani's legal counsel, Fahmi Bachmid, returned to the South Jakarta Police to file an important request. During this visit, Fahmi wanted to ask the investigators to involve the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) for Nikita's daughter, Lolly.

"Because after following the examination process, I found things that are very concerning," Fahmi stated on Tuesday (24/9/2024).

Although Fahmi did not explain in detail about the concerns, his belief in the need for protection for Lolly is very strong.

"It's very urgent. That's the most important thing I conveyed above so that they will also consider it," he said. Fahmi reminded that if the request is not submitted immediately, the situation will be risky for Lolly.

1. Feeling the Need to be Cautious

Although Nikita Mirzani's eldest child is currently in a safe place, Fahmi still feels the need to be cautious. "Yes, we do not know what the threats are because he is now in a separate place. It is unlikely that there will be a threat," he added.

He continued, "But from the stories of the investigations, there are things that we need to protect. Because at times like this, the victim is the one holding the key witness."

2. The Nikita and Lolly Case

Previously, Lolly had been under the protection of an institution focused on the protection of women and children. Fahmi hopes that the request submitted can be approved soon so that Lolly receives more specific protection.

"Hopefully it will be granted soon so that there is special protection for the victim. So Lolly is the victim in this matter," Fahmi explained further.

Previously, Nikita had filed a report addressed to Vadel regarding articles related to the Child Protection Law, Health Law, and the Criminal Code. The case has also been registered with report number LP/B/2811/IX/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.
