No Jobs During the Pandemic, DJ Una Chooses Culinary and Skincare Business

Kapanlagi.com - Putri Una, also known as DJ Una, admits to losing many jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The only way to appear virtually is through social media.

"Since March, my jobs have been pending until the end of the year. Thank God, the most important thing is to stay healthy, the jobs haven't come yet. Hopefully, the situation can recover as it used to be," said DJ Una in Tendean, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/12).

1. Culinary and Skincare Business

Not wanting to stay idle at home, DJ Una sought another source of income by trying out culinary and skincare businesses. She is grateful that her small businesses are running smoothly.

"I am also trying out businesses, hopefully they will go well. I am planning to release a hair skincare product, and I also tried out culinary business, hopefully it can grow," said the mother of one.

"It's not just a random thing, because my mom used to have a catering business, so we tried it again during this pandemic. And I also gave it to my friends to taste and endorsed it to them. The response was good, so I continued," she added.

2. Creativity in the Midst of Pandemic

DJ Una realizes that now everyone is forced to be creative and productive in the midst of this pandemic. She has learned from the businesses she is running.

"This business is the creativity of the pandemic. So during the pandemic, I learned about culinary and beverage businesses, and ventured into skincare as well. Now it's going smoothly, hopefully it will grow. We have to change direction, because in this pandemic, we are forced to be creative. Finding ways to survive," she concluded.
