Nita Thalia's lawyer, when contacted by phone on the same day, denied all the allegations made by Nurdin Rudythia. He said that his client never received the money from her own performances because it was managed by her manager, who is also her husband.

"What we deny today is about the money that supposedly Nita Thalia is responsible for, well that's not true because the money is the result of Nita's own management managed by Mr. Rudy," said Feriyawansyah, Nita Thalia's lawyer.

"Nita is only a collaboration with a profit sharing of 40-60 percent. Well, 40 percent was originally for management, and 60 percent should be for Nita. But instead, it is still held by Mr. Rudy, Nita doesn't hold the money, that's the main point," he continued.

Even Feri mentioned that for his client's needs at the time, it was deducted from the money earned from Nita Thalia's performance, which was managed by her husband. So it can be said that her husband did not give her any money for singing the song 'Lepas Kontrol'. Not only that, according to him, Nita Thalia was treated as a worker, not as a wife.

"The money is held by Mr. Rudy, so if there are expenses, Mr. Rudy handles the money and it will be deducted from the management, so it seems like Mr. Rudy is the one paying first even though it's Nita's own money," said the lawyer.
