In the midst of the controversy following the divorce, Sarwendah's legal team revealed facts regarding the needs of the children that their client has been managing. This was stated as part of a clarification regarding various circulating issues. Here are the details.

According to Chris Sam Siwu, Sarwendah has never made financial issues a matter for public consumption. The former member of Cherrybelle is said to continue fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother without much talk.

Chris explained that since the end of 2025, various needs of the children have been directly taken care of by Sarwendah. From education to health needs, it is said to be going smoothly without complaints from her clients.

"Well, this is, this is what brings our client back, who is essentially a good mother who does not have any issues regarding those materials," said Chris Sam Siwu when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Sunday (31/5/2026).

He added that Sarwendah has never brought up the issue to the media. According to him, his client prefers to focus on the needs of the children rather than prolonging the controversy.

"But when there is something we need to clarify, our duty here is to present the facts," Chris continued.

Sarwendah's legal counsel stated that the facts they presented are not a form of complaint or demand to any party. They just want to clarify the information that is circulating in the community.

"Our client is not complaining; our client is stating the fact that the costs for child maintenance, school, tutoring, and urgent medical expenses have been borne by our client since the end of 2025 until now," said Chris.
