Not Accepting Being Called Silent in the Face of Harassment, Aufar Hutapea, Olla Ramlan's Husband, Reports Celebgram Citra Andy to the Police

Kapanlagi.com - Last Friday night (25/3/2022), entrepreneur Aufar Hutapea represented by his legal counsel, went to the South Jakarta Metro Police Station. The husband of artist Olla Ramlan made a report against a woman named Citra Andy.

Aufar charged Citra Andy with Article 27 Paragraph 3 of the ITE Law as well as Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code regarding defamation and slander. The report was registered with number LP/676/III/202/RJS.

"Our goal in reporting is to address the defamation against our client. It is harmful to our client, and the impact is significant," said Fendi Jonathan, Aufar's legal counsel, after making the report.

1. Not Seeing Harassment Action

Aufar Hutapea's report began with a feed post on Citra Andy's Instagram account. The Medan celebrity wrote that Aufar just stayed silent when he saw himself being harassed by his friend.

Since he didn't know about the harassment, Aufar felt that Citra had led negative opinions. So he made a report to the police.

"If our client's statement is anything to go by, he didn't see any harassment, beating, or abuse. If something like that happened, our client wouldn't just stay silent. That (post) has harmed our client," said Fendi Jonathan.

2. Just Acquaintances

Furthermore, it was explained that the relationship between Aufar Hutapea and Citra Andy was only as friends. As legal advisors, they didn't know why Citra brought their client's name into the matter.

"(Aufar and Citra) only know each other as acquaintances, just normal friends," explained Fendi Jonathan. "We don't know what's behind it," added Vicky Alexander, who is also part of Aufar's legal team.

3. Olla Ramlan Files for Divorce

Beautiful artist Olla Ramlan is filing for divorce from her husband, Aufar Hutapea, at the South Jakarta Religious Court. One of the claims in the lawsuit is that this mother of three is fighting for custody of her children. This was conveyed by the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.

"The lawsuit was filed along with a claim for custody and maintenance of two children against her husband named Aufar Sadad bin Daniel Hutapea," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (24/3/2022).

4. No Claim for Property

Meanwhile, regarding the property rights, Taslimah stated that she did not find any claims in Olla Ramlan's case.

"The plaintiff filed for divorce along with a claim for custody of two children, while no claim for property rights was filed at this time," said Taslimah.

5. First Hearing April 2

The first hearing of the divorce case of Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea will be held on April 4, 2022. Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea are required to attend the hearing to be mediated by the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"Because it's a divorce lawsuit, both parties are ordered to appear in court. Because in the first hearing there will be a peace agenda and mediation is expected or ordered for the plaintiff and defendant to attend the first hearing in principle," Taslimah concluded.
