Olivia, Nia Daniaty's Daughter Admits to Running a Backdoor CPNS Acceptance Practice, Receives 25 Million from Victims

Kapanlagi.com - Since the trial began, Olivia Nathania has insisted that she runs a CPNS test guidance service. This was conveyed by Nia Daniaty's daughter during the trial of alleged fraud disguised as CPNS recruitment at the South Jakarta District Court, with an agenda of testimony from the defendant.

As the trial was about to end, the judge gave the defendant's legal counsel the opportunity to ask questions to their client. Susanti Agustina, one of the legal team members, asked Olivia to be honest about whether she ran a backdoor CPNS acceptance or not.

"Olivia, the defendant, please be honest. Is this a CPNS course or a backdoor acceptance? You have to be honest about this," said Susanti on Thursday (10/3).

A woman familiarly called Oi finally wants to tell the truth. She confirmed Susanti's question by admitting that she opened a CPNS acceptance practice through the back door.

"Indeed, this is through the back door, but I use the name Les," answered Olivia.

2. Crying

Hearing her client's answer, Susanti continued her question about who initiated the recruitment. Before answering, Oi appeared to be crying until she finally said while sobbing that Agustina was one of the victims.

"Mrs. Agustin. Same as Mr. Karnu," she said briefly.

3. Accepting Money

Olivia also admitted that she received Rp25 million from the victims. However, she emphasized that Agustin also received some money from the practice.

"They were the ones who ate and I had to return the value," she concluded.

4. Olivia's Case

As known, Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly Novianto Tilaar, were reported for alleged fraud under the guise of recruiting CPNS on September 23, 2021. Oi was declared a suspect on November 11, 2021, after sufficient evidence was found.

Her husband's status is only as a witness, as he was not proven to be involved in the case that has caused losses to around 225 people, with a total loss of IDR 9.7 billion.
