Olivia Nathania, Nia Daniaty's Daughter Cries After Being Reprimanded by Judge, Here's the Main Issue

Kapanlagi.com - Olivia Nathania, the daughter of singer Nia Daniaty, again underwent a trial for alleged fraud disguised as a civil servant recruitment at the South Jakarta District Court. In the midst of the trial, which entered the defendant's testimony agenda, Olivia was seen crying when answering questions from the judge.

Olivia gave testimony that did not match the witness's testimony. That's why the judge reprimanded her and asked her to be honest when answering the questions.

"Olivia, please be honest. If you're not honest, it will only harm yourself," said the judge during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (10/3).

2. Forgot

Apparently, the judge's reprimand did not make the woman who is familiarly called Oi open up. She claimed to have forgotten when asked about the details of the case, so in the end, Oi was considered uncooperative in revealing the facts of the trial.

"Forgetting is human, but don't cover up the facts," said the judge.

3. Crying

Hearing what the judge said, Oi cried and answered the questions asked of her while sobbing. As a result, the trial took quite a long time.

4. Suspect

As known, Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly Novianto Tilaar, were reported for alleged fraud under the guise of CPNS recruitment on September 23, 2021. Oi was declared a suspect on November 11, 2021, after sufficient evidence was found.

Her husband's status is only as a witness as he has not been proven to be involved in the case that has harmed around 225 people with a total loss of Rp 9.7 billion.
