Indra Kenz's Assets Seized by Police, Ranging from Houses to Important Documents

Kapanlagi.com - The National Police's Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim Mabes Polri) has released a number of assets belonging to suspect Indra Kesuma alias Indra Kenz in the case of alleged binary option trading fraud through the Binomo application.

These assets include houses, watches, land, luxury cars, cryptocurrency, and important documents belonging to Indra Kenz. If calculated, the total value of the luxury goods and Indra Kenz's seized money is worth 55 billion rupiah.

"The evidence includes a Tesla vehicle, Ferrari in North Sumatra, and a house, as well as land that we have seized. There are approximately a Tesla Ferrari, money worth approximately 1.1 billion, six houses and buildings in Tangerang and North Sumatra, and watches," said the Head of Sub-Directorate II of the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) of Bareskrim Polri, Commissioner of Police Chandra Sukma Kumara, in a conference at the Bareskrim Polri Building in Jakarta on Friday (25/3/2022).

"And some communication tools that we are currently investigating. The seized assets are worth approximately 55 billion rupiah," added Chandra Sukma.

1. 64 Witnesses Already Examined

Chandra Sukma stated that in the Indra Kenz case, they have already examined 64 witnesses. Furthermore, 40 victims have suffered losses amounting to 44 billion. Chandra Sukma said that based on the witness examination results, the number of Indra Kenz victims is likely to increase.

"In the IK (Indra Kenz) case, we have examined 64 witnesses and there are 40 victims with losses of 44 billion, which may increase," said Chandra Sukma.

2. New Suspects Will Be Identified

In the same occasion, the Director of Criminal Investigation at the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, said that they will continue to develop the binary option trading fraud case. He added that besides Indra Kenz, there will be new suspects who have not been arrested yet.

"I would like to convey that we will not stop here. We are still developing the case related to other suspects. Why are there other suspects? Because we are assisted by the PPATK, the OJK tracing assistant, where there are funds deposited to several people that we will announce in the future," said Whisnu Hermawan.
