Not Attending the First Divorce Hearing, Dhena Devanka Required to Attend Mediation Hearing Next Week

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Jonathan Frizzy, also known as Ijonk, and his wife, Dhena Devanka, both did not attend the first divorce hearing held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (16/9/2021). They were represented by their respective lawyers.

According to Risyad Rusdi, his client was allowed to not attend the first hearing. This is because this hearing only involved document examination. What's important is the next hearing, which is the mediation agenda, where his client is required to attend.

1. Examination of Lawsuit

"The agenda is the examination of our lawyers' lawsuit. The reason (Dhena is absent) is because it is only an examination of the case, so it is allowed to attend or not attend, but for the subsequent mediation (it must attend)," said Risyad Rusdi at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (16/9/2021).

For the next hearing, Risyad Rusdi said that Ijonk and Dhena Devanka are required to attend the trial for mediation. "Later, we will present the mediation," he said.

2. Still in Good Relationship

Although they both want to separate, Dhena Devanka is still in a good relationship, especially with their beloved children. "In principle, no one wants to separate. In essence, we follow this process. We hope for the best. As for the relationship with the children, it is still good," he said.

Furthermore, the trial of Ijonk and his wife, Dhena Devanka, will be held again next Sunday, Thursday, September 23, 2021, with a mediation agenda. "Actually, we are also striving for the best if there is a possibility, with this mediation process, we hope to find the best solution and we also ask for prayers," concluded Risyad Rusdi.
