When met by Kapanlagi.com in Central Jakarta, on Friday afternoon (16/2), Sara Wijayanto explained this. She explained that the investigation happened because of an unseen creature that unintentionally followed Sara Wijayanto.
"The journey originally started last year, but I don't know why there was a 'little child' who came along to Jakarta. The plan was to return in 2023, but eventually decided to shoot (Annabelle investigation) at the same time," said Sara Wijayanto.
On the same occasion, Demian Aditya explained that in order to shoot, his team must comply with all applicable regulations.
They also cannot meet Annabelle doll casually, especially not everyone is allowed to see the Annabelle doll.
"The preparation for the shooting location has been done three months in advance because in America it is more strict, professional, and there must be guarantees," said Demian Aditya.
"Not everyone can meet Annabelle. If you don't know her, you can't meet her. But luckily, Sara knows the owner of Annabelle, but at that time, they still couldn't meet," he continued.
In addition, Demian said that the 'curse' of the Annabelle doll cannot be underestimated. He told that even the doll's keeper has to wear special gloves to be able to touch the doll.
"The keeper said that the doll should not be taken out of the box because the doll must stay in the box like being in a high-level prison. Just opening the closet (Annabelle's storage) requires gloves designed to protect him (the keeper)," he said.
When asked further, Demian explained that this must be done so that misfortune does not befall the doll guardian Annabelle.
"Every time I touch it, there's always an accident, every time I come into contact with Annabelle, disaster strikes immediately. Since there's a new pair of gloves, it's safe," he said.
