When their marriage was decided by default, because Nadya Mustika did not attend or delegate to legal representation, the judge still requested that Rizky DA provide Mut'ah and Iddah money to his ex-wife.

"For 10 grams of gold Mut'ah, 10 million iddah maintenance, I forgot how much for child support, but that's the gist," said Mustofa, the spokesperson for the Religious Court in Bandung during a virtual interview with the media, on Friday (10/12).

Meanwhile, the sole custody of their child naturally falls to Nadya Mustika, considering the child is still young and needs attention from their mother. Rizky DA also seems to have no problem with it, as he did not include the custody of the child in his lawsuit.

Now, in the next 14 days, the court will wait to see if Nadya Mustika accepts the decision or not. If she accepts, they will only go through the divorce oath.

"If she doesn't react, then the decision will become final, that's why we proceed with the divorce oath," he concluded.

As reported, the Bandung Religious Court granted Rizky DA's divorce petition. They officially divorced on Thursday (9/12).
