Officially Filed for Divorce Lawsuit, Until Now Aura Kasih Doesn't Know the Whereabouts of Eryck Amaral

Kapanlagi.com - Aura Kasih is reported to have filed for divorce against Eryck Amaral. This was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah. It is stated that the case files of Aura Kasih and Eryck Amaral have been submitted since December 17, 2020.

However, the court cannot immediately hold a trial. This is because until now, the whereabouts of Eryck Amaral himself are still unknown. In fact, his address of residence is not mentioned in the lawsuit files.

1. Mysterious Call

According to Taslimah's testimony, Aura Kasih herself does not know where her husband is. Therefore, the summons to Eryck Amaral's trial will be conducted mysteriously. 

"Yes, because the plaintiff cannot find the address or submit the address of the defendant or her husband, so the summons is done mysteriously," said Taslimah when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court recently. 

2. No Immediate Trial

Taslimah also said that even though the documents have been submitted, the divorce trial will not be held immediately. In addition to summoning Eryck Amaral first, the court will also try to reconcile Aura Kasih and her husband. 

"Summoned first, if the summons has been carried out, it is official and appropriate, then the next agenda is to examine the lawsuit. After that, we will try to reconcile or advise the plaintiff to be patient in waiting for the defendant. Who knows, within the 4-month period, the defendant may return," she explained. 

3. Unable to be Found

Furthermore, until now it is still unknown since when Eryck Amaral cannot be found. Aura Kasih herself did not include her husband's address in the divorce lawsuit file.

"It has not been revealed yet, because the plaintiff did not include and does not know the defendant's address, so it has not been examined in the case material, it is included in the case material," said Taslimah.
