Okin Allegedly Borrowed Money from Rachel Vennya to Pay Installments but Ended Up Stalling

The issue between Rachel Vennya and Okin has become more complicated with allegations of misusing loan money. Besides the house ownership problem, Rachel is reported to have lent a sum of money to her ex-husband under the pretext of covering the mortgage payments for the house on Jalan Bang.

Unfortunately, Rachel's good intentions are suspected not to have been carried out for the original purpose. The money that was supposed to be deposited in the bank to pay off the mortgage for the house occupied by Rachel's siblings is reported to have never been paid, leading to accumulating bills.

"There might have been some borrowing and lending of money here, borrowing money, supposedly this money would be used to pay the installments, which was eventually lent by Rachel. It turns out that on the other side, that money was not paid for the mortgage. This has led to new problems," said Sangun Ragahdo when met at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters on Monday (6/4/2026).

This situation certainly makes Rachel feel very disappointed. She, who has been helping to lighten the burden of the installments, now feels taken advantage of. Sangun emphasized that his client feels deceived because the series of words conveyed by Niko does not match the payment facts at the bank.

"It turns out there is indeed a loan related to paying the house installments. However, unfortunately, the money that has been given was not used to pay the house installments," said Sangun Ragahdo.

This loan issue has become one of the crucial points that Rachel Vennya's legal team is investigating. They feel that there is a series of lies deliberately constructed to gain financial advantage from Rachel under the pretext of asset protection for the children.

"Why did Rachel agree? Because based on her trust, based on her words, her words that state 'like this, like this, like this', 'okay, fine', she renovated the house. Oh, it turns out the house was renovated with her own money, a substantial amount, 500 million rupiah is a lot of money," said Sangun Ragahdo.

Rachel, who has been known to be financially independent, actually does not want to argue about money. However, because this involves responsibility and honesty, she feels the need to clarify this issue so that it does not continue in the future.

"It turns out that money has already been spent and now the house is going to be sold, there are indications that the house is going to be sold, right, how should I feel, feeling deceived, cheated, and so on," concluded Sangun Ragahdo.
