Oky Pratama Reveals Nikita Mirzani's Condition After Surgery, Couldn’t Move Her Legs Temporarily

Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani has just undergone major surgery on her spine and neck at Mayapada Hospital. This controversial artist suffered severe pain due to a bone shift that seriously compressed her nerves.

"Yes, after the surgery, I was almost there every day to accompany her in the hospital like that. Even before the surgery, half an hour before the operation, I accompanied her to the preparation room as well. When the surgery was finished, even before she returned to the detention center, I was still accompanying her," said Dr. Oky Pratama when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (21/5/2026).

1. Condition Before Medical Action

Oky admitted to always accompanying his friend from the beginning of the surgery process until the early recovery. Nikita's condition before undergoing medical action was apparently very concerning for those close to her.

"Yes, stiff, can't move her legs like that, sometimes her neck is stiff, sometimes she wakes up suddenly like... like a person having a seizure who can't move, also has a headache," said Oky Pratama.

2. Medical Facilities in Prison

The mother of three often complains of extraordinary stiffness in several parts of her body. Nikita Mirzani's recovery behind bars certainly has very strict limitations on medical facilities.

"Actually, if asked, her recovery should be outside, that is a must and also her treatment should be abroad. But we know she is currently in detention, so it can't be done. And also, after that, she should be in a special bed like that, but since she is in detention, it can't be done either," revealed Oky Pratama.

3. Post-Operative Outpatient Care

Nikita Mirzani had to return to Pondok Bambu Detention Center just two days after leaving the operating table. Her legal team confirmed that their client will undergo routine outpatient care once a week with a specialist doctor.

4. Preparing to File a Judicial Review

The legal case against her requires Nikita to remain in custody even though her physical condition has not fully recovered. The 38-year-old woman is currently preparing to file a Judicial Review (PK) of her case.

5. Current Condition of Nikita Mirzani

Nikita's close friend emphasized that the latest communication indicates that the artist's condition is starting to improve. Nikita's main focus now is to maintain her health for the sake of her beloved children.
