Olla Ramlan Cries Seeing the Condition of the Accommodation & Toilet while Filming 'Walid Season 2'

In addition to the issue of the toilet distance, Olla also had to face the very cold air temperature. There were no hot water facilities at the location, so she had to share facilities with the other crew members. This experience became one of the toughest challenges she has ever faced in her acting career.

"Yeah, at that moment I was crying, oh my God, I can't believe how hard it is to make money like this. But the results are amazing, like the series, right? True! Just hearing about it made me shiver, especially Kak Olla. Yes, because it was really cold, and then there was cold water, no hot water, nothing," she revealed.

Even though it felt heavy, Olla realized that everyone on the shooting location was treated the same. She did not receive special treatment as a big artist from Indonesia.

Being together with the crew and other actors became a unique strength for Olla during the 20 days of shooting in the neighboring country.

"So we always shoot in the morning, right, so after that the bathroom is shared. So we really have to queue for the bathroom. So there are no VIPs, none, we are all the same. Yes, actually when shooting, I believe that wherever we shoot, whether it's a series, a soap opera, or a film, the shooting location is actually a second family," she explained.

Olla feels proud to have completed this project even though she had to overcome her fear of wild animals in the forest. She hopes that her efforts will be rewarded with the audience's enthusiasm when the series airs. For her, the experience of shooting in the remote areas of Malaysia is the most amazing moment of her career.

"Yes, there is a certain pride abroad, but I'm afraid of the challenge, afraid there might be snakes, that's what I think, you know. On the first and second days, I could still go to the mall after shooting, still able to do that. But this is already far, like a 5-hour journey," concluded Olla Ramlan.
