In the midst of a recitation event for her late mother, Olla reminisced about the unforgettable messages from the deceased. One of the most impactful was how her mother shaped her into a brave person who is not easily oppressed.

"Mama, you know, I was a tomboy since I was little," Olla Ramlan revealed when met in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, Saturday (18/10/2025) night.

He recounts that since childhood he has been familiar with the world of martial arts. When he came home after fighting, his mother would give him unusual "advice."

"I would come home after fighting like that in middle school, 'What? You got hit?' 'Next time, if he hits once, hit back twice.' 'If he hits twice, kick him,'" he reminisced with a smile.

This upbringing shaped Olla's mentality into adulthood. She admits to never being afraid to face anyone, whether in real life or on social media.

"So until now, I still have no guts. That's why I don't share much on social media, I don't talk much... I prefer, well if I don't like it, let's just settle it one-on-one," she asserted.

For Olla, her mother is not only a gentle figure but also a mentor who taught her how to survive. Her mother is the one she turns to for sharing all the bitterness of life.
