Once Made Nervous, 13 Photos of Natasha Rizky Reveal Her Diet Method to Lose Weight with Brown Rice Menu

Natasha Rizky recently revealed that she is currently on a diet. As reported by the Youtube channel Trio Strong Family, Natasha Rizky shared her reasons for deciding to diet.

She also mentioned that her dieting method is easy but can be quite stressful. Wow, why is that? For those who are curious, let's take a look at how Natasha Rizky is losing weight.

On the Youtube channel Trio Strong Family, Natasha Rizky explained her reasons for dieting.  "I am dieting again this time, friends, why? Because besides wanting to lose weight for sure," said the beautiful artist who celebrates her birthday every November 23.

The former wife of Desta feels that her eating habits have been chaotic over the past year, both in terms of the types of food consumed and meal times. "This past year, my eating has been really messy, like I've eaten everything. And the carbs have been really bad, especially dairy. And my meal times have also been all over the place," she revealed.

Not just anyone, Natasha Rizky is doing this diet program with the consultation of a nutritionist. "So right now my weight is 57 (kg), I want to be 51 or 52, like that. 51 or 52. But the doctor suggested I aim for 50 (kg). Actually, for me, 53, 52 is already enough. Because if I reach 50 (kg), my cheeks usually start to look a bit sunken," Natasha shared.

Natasha Rizky also revealed her diet method. "So, actually the food isn’t complicated. Like when I used to share with my friends on (YouTube channel) Trio Strong Family. For breakfast, it’s definitely allowed to have eggs, boiled eggs are fine, vegetables, and protein, but no rice," said the mother of three.

<nil>

"Well, if it's lunchtime like this, 6 tablespoons of red rice. I'm full, but the fullness doesn't last long, that's why I like what my nutritionist suggested, we shouldn't let ourselves get hungry," she stated.

<nil>

According to her nutritionist, she doesn't have to hold back when she feels hungry. "So actually, don't hold back (when you're hungry). If you hold back, it actually makes the weight loss slower. So it's better if you're hungry, just snack right away. It can be nuts or something like edamame. And vegetables are also fine for a fiber-rich snack," she explained.

<nil>

"Fruits are allowed, but if possible during lunchtime like this. So after having lunch, you want something sweet. Because we don't have any sugar at all, right? No sugar, no flour, nothing. So to keep our energy up, we use this fruit. Right after lunch, we should eat fruit together with it. But don't separate the timing, so it's actually relaxed, like having oxtail soup is fine. The important thing is real food, not processed. Then if you've eaten with red rice, don't eat the potatoes anymore. Carbs should be just one, choose which one you want. And for chili sauce, it's okay as long as it's not sauce because sauces are processed and have sugar." she elaborated.

When asked if it is okay to eat porang rice, Natasha replied that everyone has a different diet."Because every diet method is different, right? But my doctor recommends not to eat chirata and definitely not white rice. The only carbohydrates allowed are potatoes, sweet potatoes, and maybe brown rice, but the others are not recommended. However, there are also diets that allow the use of shirataki and such. So actually, every diet method is different."

<nil>

She also recommends eating vegetables in every meal from morning to night. "And what I really like, actually, is if you are out, for example. And you should still be on a diet, right? If you are out having fun, for example, at the mall, you should just eat grilled food. Eating grilled food like yakiniku or shabu-shabu is fine. Basically, just eat proteins and vegetables, but if possible, don't eat with sauce, okay?"

<nil>

Although it is considered easy, this diet method according to Natasha Rizky makes her somewhat anxious. "So actually it makes the diet easier, but what makes me annoyed and anxious is that there is no flour and sugar. Milk coffee is also a no. The doctor said it’s okay to have it once a week if you want," she added.

According to Natasha Rizky, for those who will undergo a diet program, she suggests consulting with a nutritionist. She believes that each person's body capacity is different. "Once again, each person's body capacity is different, so you still have to see a nutritionist. You can't just look at diet A or diet B and think they are the same, really," she stated.

<nil>

Natasha also emphasizes that she only wants to share. "So don't make us a justification and fatwa, okay? This is just a matter of sharing. So the responsibility lies with us. 'Yes, I follow this diet because I saw Aca.' Please don’t, guys, because I am also using a nutritionist. So friends should also consult a nutritionist," she said.

"But if you really aren't interested in something like a strict diet, actually just reducing flour, reducing flour is already quite significant. And sugar has a huge impact too, seriously. Because especially white rice, guys. Eating three or four nastar cookies is just like eating white rice," she said
