Playing the Role of Single Parent, Tyna Kanna Prioritizes Time with Her Children

Kapanlagi.com - Since officially divorcing Kenang Mirdad, Tyna Kanna now has to play the role of a single parent to her two daughters, Alaia and Aluna. However, Tyna herself admits that she does not limit her children from spending time with their father or vice versa.

When met in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (22/6), Tyna Kanna shared her current busyness. She said that she now prioritizes time with Alaia and Aluna.

"The busyness hasn't changed since the beginning, just making content, working at home, cooking. Still have sports activities, I'm really into golf now, what else? Shopping, that's it," said Tyna Kanna.

"What activities do I do with my children? Because I'm at home, I learn from home, I cook the most, draw together, and then oh, go for a walk to outdoor places, new places, there's the sea, that's it," she continued.

1. Her Eldest Daughter is Ready to Enter Junior High School

Furthermore, Tyna Kanna is currently preparing herself to manage various activities for her eldest daughter who will be entering junior high school. Because Alaia will be attending school offline.

"She's just about to enter junior high school and it's really going to be offline, she hasn't really felt the difference yet, because she's going to meet her friends at school and socialize directly, compared to being at home like before where she could wake up anytime. But with offline school, she can't. She'll definitely be happier, in the end there will be a routine," she said.

2. Tips for Children to Excel in English

In addition, Tyna also shared how her second child, Aluna, who can be said to be fluent in English. She revealed that one of her child's learning methods is through songs and watching movies without looking at subtitles.

"Especially Aluna, Alhamdulillah she can speak English even though her mother is not good at it. It's because of watching YouTube, Netflix. I said that young children have agile brains, they can easily learn and memorize. Even though she can already speak English, it's great to perfect it, to make it more useful and to perfect what has been learned," she concluded.
