Here's Dewi Perssik's Reaction When She First Found Out Her Husband Filed for Divorce

When asked, Dewi Perssik, who was met in the Antasari area of South Jakarta on Wednesday (22/6) night, admitted that she first heard the news from her lawyer, Sandy Arifin.

"When I first heard it, I got the news on Tuesday from my lawyer, Bang Sandy. He told me that I was being sued," she said.

Dewi Perssik herself doesn't understand what really happened that led to her being divorced by Angga Wijaya. Therefore, she is confused about the divorce that her husband filed.

"I don't know how to react because I'm the one being sued," she said.

"I'm a woman, so I have to follow my husband's decision. If he wants a divorce, then we'll get divorced. If not, then we won't," she added.

According to her, if divorce is the best path for her household, she will accept it with ease.

"Divorce is allowed, but it is hated by God. But as a wife, I cannot divorce or sue my husband. So I just accept it," said the woman who is known as Depe.

"You know, humans are tested whether they are ready or not, and maybe I am being tested in life right now. But I can only accept the best," she concluded.
