Tamara Bleszynski Sad that Her Parents' Assets are Controlled by Others

Together with her lawyer, Djohansyah, from the law firm Djohansyah & partners, Tamara Bleszynski admitted to being sad about the problem she is currently facing. In fact, Tamara doesn't know what to do about the problem.

"I am very sad when I don't know what else to do, because what I want is for this (alleged property asset embezzlement case) to be resolved quickly," said Tamara Bleszynski in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/6/2022).

1. Never Involved

What makes Tamara sad is that she was never involved in her rights to the property assets. It should be noted that Teuku Rassya's mother owns a 20 percent stake in a Pondok Indah Puncak hotel in the Cipanas area, Puncak, West Java.

The hotel is an inheritance from Tamara's parents, which she then received a 20 percent share. However, over time, Tamara admitted to never being involved in the hotel for 19 years.

"Why have I been silent for 19 years? Because I hold onto love. And I feel that people will change looking at my good intentions, enough to be patient for 19 years," said Tamara.

2. Receive Debt Letter

Until finally Tamara did not believe in 2020 and instead received a debt letter from the hotel. Even though Tamara herself had no knowledge of the hotel's financial reports. Moreover, during those 19 years, she was never involved in anything related to the hotel.

"When in 2020 a company executive came to Bali, saying that they had to sign a debt letter with the hotel as collateral. I think that is very excessive and inhumane," said Tamara.

"That's why I actually want to resolve this issue peacefully but I have nothing left, I tried my best but still got treated like this, that's why I beg Mr. Djohan as my lawyer to help me, what should I do?" added Tamara.

3. File a Lawsuit

Therefore, Tamara made a report regarding the issue with the hope that it could be resolved soon at the West Java Police. In her report, the 47-year-old artist reported three people who were the hotel managers, but their names were not mentioned.

"The allegations were investigated thoroughly by Tamara's legal team, who found that for 19 years Tamara had never been invited or involved in the management of Pondok Indah Puncak hotel. Tamara obtained her rights as a shareholder of Pondok Indah Puncak hotel based on her father's inheritance," said Tamara's lawyer, Djohansyah.

The report allegedly made by the executive was based on a day when the hotel executive came to Tamara's house in Bali, to sign a loan letter, a debt letter. Tamara felt that there was something wrong with this, why a debt letter with a hotel certificate as collateral worth many times more than the loan, based on that Tamara formed a legal team," Djohansyah concluded.
