Kapanlagi.com - The police have finally provided an official statement regarding the sad news that has enveloped the entertainment world in the country. The news of the death of influencer and actress, Lula Lahfah, on Friday (01/23/2026) night has been confirmed by the authorities.
The Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto, confirmed the discovery of a body in an elite apartment in South Jakarta. The individual has been confirmed to be a woman born in Jakarta who is commonly known as Lula.
"It is true that an influencer with the initials LL was found dead in an apartment near Dharmawangsa," he told the media on Friday (01/23/2026).
This tragic event was first known in the evening when the activity of the residents was bustling. The apartment security officer was the first witness to find Lula Lahfah in the location before finally reporting to the authorities.
"The victim was found by the security officer at around 18:44 WIB on Friday, January 23, 2026," continued Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto explaining the details of the discovery time.
After an initial examination at the Crime Scene (TKP), the body of the late Laura Anna's friend was immediately evacuated. This step was taken as quickly as possible for medical purposes and further examination by the medical team.
"Currently, the body has been taken to Fatmawati Hospital," said the police officer confirming the location of the body.
The news of the passing of this 26-year-old woman certainly shocked many, considering she was still active on social media just moments before. Lula's boyfriend, Reza Arap, was also reported to have rushed to the hospital, deeply affected, along with other fellow influencers.
So far, the police have not disclosed the exact cause of death of the actress from the film The Metamorphosis. The investigative team is still working hard to gather evidence and clues at the apartment location to uncover the true facts behind this incident.
"Currently, the police are still conducting a crime scene investigation (TKP) to delve into the event," he concluded.
