In a press conference held on April 13, 2025, Abidzar and his legal counsel issued an ultimatum to netizens who spoke harshly to contact his team within 48 hours before this case is taken to the legal realm.
The two accounts are @SoundOfYogi and @Fid0Dild0, which are considered to have made comments that crossed the boundaries of decency and contained elements of insult against Umi Pipik.
In the latest development, the cease and desist letter sent by Abidzar was finally responded to by one of the account owners, who intends to meet Abidzar and his legal counsel to provide clarification.
"Update (4/21), we have met with one of the account owners for clarification, and subsequently, Abidzar and Ummi will discuss again with legal counsel," said Fitri Arifin in his post, quoted on Wednesday (4/23/2025).
The meeting was shown by manager Abidzar Al Ghifari, Fitri Arifin on April 21, 2025. In the post, he did not show the face of the account owner who made derogatory remarks against Ummi Pipik.
For now, the management team will support Abidzar's decision and is ready to oversee this case until it is resolved, while also discussing with the legal team.
Abidzar expressed that this step was taken as a form of respect for his mother, while also providing a lesson to the public about the importance of maintaining ethics in communication on social media.
