This was revealed by Arya's attorney, Noverizky Tri Putra, after the second hearing held on Wednesday (14/5/2025). In his statement, Noverizky emphasized that there is no major conflict in this couple's household, and both have agreed to settle the divorce process peacefully for the sake of their child.

Arya's lawyer, Noverizky, revealed that his client has handed over custody of the child to Putri Anne. However, Arya will remain responsible and provide for their son.

"Yes, the children are officially living with Mba Putri, but Mas Arya is given ample space to meet, take them out, or have them stay at Mas Arya's house," said Noverizky.

Regarding communication, Noverizky also ensured that there are no issues. Although their household has long been in disarray, both remain focused on the education and development of the child."Yes, not at all (disturbed), in fact, they are very eager to ensure that the development of their child, Bang Ibrahim Jalal Ad Din Rumi, grows well," emphasized Noverizky.

Regarding the division of assets, Arya and Putri do not have any issues with it. They just want their divorce to be resolved soon and to proceed peacefully, without conflict.
