Ayu Rahimainita, a 26-year-old young woman from Indonesia, has officially been recruited to work at FIFA's headquarters in France starting August 2025. Ayu's success is expected to inspire many young Indonesians to pursue their careers and achieve their dreams.

Recently, Tsamara Amany Alatas, special staff to the Minister of SOEs, uploaded a photo of herself with Ayu Rahimainita, a young woman who has achieved remarkable accomplishments.

Ayu has served as a Project Manager at PSSI (Indonesian Football Association) for the past two years, managing various strategic cooperation programs between PSSI and FIFA, including overseeing the FIFA Forward project for the development of the PSSI Training Center in the Capital City of Nusantara. Ayu is also involved in handling various strategic relationships with international football federations.

Ayu's educational background is very impressive; she holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Columbia University, New York, United States.

"Because inspired by working with Mr. Erick Thohir at the 2018 ASEAN Games. From there, her passion for building the sports world became stronger and more directed," wrote Tsamara in an IG post on Sunday (3/8).

Tsamara stated that Ayu is a real example that when young people are given trust, they can grow and have the potential to become future leaders.

"Today, Ayu is rated by FIFA as one of the best talents from PSSI and she is now officially joining the FIFA Office in France," Tsamara explained further.
