Not stopping the struggle for the people's voice after the demonstration and various disturbances, several public figures and influencers such as Jerome Polin, Ferry Irwandi, Andovi da Lopez, Jovial da Lopez, Abigail Limuria, Fathia Izzati, and Andhyta F. Utami (Afu) finally visited the Indonesian Parliament Building on Thursday (4/9/2025) to submit the "17+8 People's Demands" document.

The influencers, with their fighting spirit, strive to represent the people's concerns regarding the 17+8 demands to the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI).

The document contains 17 short-term demands that are requested to be completed within one week, as well as 8 long-term demands with a deadline of one year.

The action took place in front of the Pancasila Gate and was directly received by the Deputy Chairman of Commission VI of the DPR, Andre Rosiade, and Commission VI member, Rieke Diah Pitaloka.

Jerome Polin, Ferry Irwandi, Andovi da Lopez, Jovial da Lopez, Abigail Limuria, Fathia Izzati, Jerhemy Owen, and Andhyta F. Utami (Afu) and others were seen bringing various demands printed in pink and green.

Andre Rosiade and Rieke Diah Pitaloka arrived at the location and immediately signed the receipt of the documents. Both ensured that the demands would be conveyed to the leadership of the DPR through the Community Aspirations Agency.

Not only about reform and transparency, Rieke Diah Pitaloka also contributed additional demands, specifically to lower the prices of basic necessities, reject imports, and oppose the increase in BPJS contributions.

"With this, the voices, demands, and aspirations of the people have been heard. But it is still not over. We all must continue to monitor and urge that the people's demands can be met," Jerome stated in his post.
