Instagram celebrity Medina Zein finally breathed free air after serving a sentence of two years and four months at the Pondok Bambu Class IIA Women's Prison in East Jakarta. Medina was released from prison around 11:57 AM WIB, picked up by her two friends, Iqbal Cello and Isa Zega. After going through a long period, Medina looks relieved to be able to enjoy life outside of prison again.

Medina's first step after being released was to go to the East Jakarta District Attorney's Office to sign several necessary administrative documents. After completing those matters, Medina immediately wanted to fulfill her simple desire, which was to shop at the nearest mini market.

"Ouch, exciting," said Medina before entering the minimarket. Upon arriving at the mini market, Medina enthusiastically chose several items she needed, from cold drinks to bathing supplies.

Nevertheless, Medina joked about her financial situation after being released. "I only have 300 thousand left in my bag," said Medina while laughing.

The feeling of happiness could not be hidden by Medina. After almost two and a half years without being able to visit simple places like a mini market, she felt that the moment was very special. "It feels so good, how is it that I haven't been here for 2 and a half years," she said,

Not only shopping, Medina also had a chance to withdraw money from the ATM. That simple moment turned out to bring a unique happiness to Medina, who had not felt withdrawing money from an ATM for a long time.

She looks enthusiastic to be able to do things again that might have seemed ordinary before, but now feel special.

Medina Zein was previously sentenced to two years in prison for a counterfeit bag fraud case reported by Uci Flowdea. The case has caused Medina to be imprisoned since July 2022. This verdict drastically changed Medina's life, but she continues to face everything with resilience.

In addition to the fraud case, Medina is also involved in a defamation case reported by Marissya Icha. In this case, Medina received an additional six-month prison sentence.

However, now that her sentence has ended, Medina can enjoy her freedom again and live her life outside of prison.
