7 Portraits of Vadel Badjideh Claiming to Focus on Facing International Dance Competition Amidst Conflict with Nikita Mirzani

In the midst of his legal conflict with Nikita Mirzani, Vadel Badjideh is still actively pursuing his hobby as a dancer. Vadel remains enthusiastic about continuing to practice to prepare for the World of Dance competition, a prestigious international event that will be held in Malaysia this December.

"Yes, representing Indonesia in December. Just pray for me, so I can win," said Vadel Badjideh at the South Jakarta Police Station on Wednesday (23/10/2024).

Vadel's talent did not come alone. Together with his brother, Bintang Badjideh, he formed a dance duo group named VLADD. This group often performs with unique movements that blend various dance genres.

"My brother and I are always together. Whatever the problem is, when we hear music, that’s when I practice," Vadel revealed.

In the midst of this preparation, Vadel often uploads his training videos on TikTok to entertain his fans. According to him, what he shows comes from the heart, not just to display something luxurious or excessive. "Maybe you often watch me live on TikTok, that's it. Just that, but yeah, if it's like that, that's it right," he said.

Despite facing issues with Nikita, Vadel continues to train with full focus. For him, dance practice is both an escape and a stress reliever. Music and dance seem to be therapy for Vadel to get through tough times.

He admits he doesn't care much about the problems that come. For Vadel, dance is a part of his life that cannot be abandoned.

"If I focus on training, because my brother and I are always together, whatever the problem is, when we hear music, that's when I train," he said.

This dancing activity, continued Vadel, is something very natural and is part of his daily routine. According to him, dance is not just entertainment, but also a way to express oneself and face various life challenges. “I always upload, because that’s my daily life,” he said.

Vadel emphasized that his posts on social media are not to seek sympathy for the problems he faces. “It's not to seek sympathy, no. I just want to entertain,” he clarified.

Hopefully, amidst his problems, Vadel can still focus and give his best in this World of Dance competition. If not now, when?
