Today, the Central Jakarta Metropolitan Police held a press conference on the case of alleged drug possession involving Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie.
This press conference was not attended by Nia and Ardi. However, the police stated that both of them have become suspects.
In front of the media, the police revealed the evidence that was confiscated from the arrest of Nia and Ardi, which took place yesterday, Wednesday (7/7).
From Nia and Ardi's house, the police confiscated one package of methamphetamine and a pipe used by the couple.
Nia's arrest started from a report by the public, which was then investigated by the police. Based on this report, the police arrested Z, Nia and Ardi's driver who was caught carrying methamphetamine.
When asked by the police, the driver claimed that the methamphetamine belonged to Nia and Ardi. The driver himself also used it and has been designated as a suspect.
From the confession of the driver, the police searched Nia and Ardi's house. Then Ardi surrendered to the police.
Now Nia and Ardi are detained at the Metro Jaya Regional Police. This case is still being developed, and stay updated on KapanLagi.com.
