Comedian Nunung has just opened her dream restaurant, Songoseng by Mami Nunung, in Solo, which is made possible by the support of Raffi Ahmad. Nunung, who has a passion for cooking, has long dreamed of owning a restaurant but was hindered by financial limitations. Read more below!
Previously, Nunung started selling food online to fulfill her dream. This restaurant officially opened about ten days ago and serves a signature dish of grilled squid.
"Alhamdulillah if I can cook squid balakutak, it can be 20 kilos, and there are other foods that are also favorites there," said Nunung when met at the FYP studio, reported from the TRANS7 OFFICIAL Youtube channel, on Tuesday (19/11/2024).
Nunung expressed her gratitude and admitted she was very touched by Raffi Ahmad's help who offered to find a place for the business.
"At that time, I was filling this event and then Raffi offered, he said 'just find a place, Miss Nunung, I will handle it'. I was like, I can't believe this, is this for real or a joke?" she said again.
"I asked Irfan (Hakim) if this was really true that Raffi offered, he said Raffi tends to forget, so I asked him again," she said.
"It turns out that I sent him some photos, and there were some that he approved, and finally, this came to fruition," he explained.
