Sitha admitted that she used to feel very insecure about her weight in the past, before finally achieving her ideal body thanks to a disciplined healthy diet.
"Actually, it really started seriously in October 2024. It didn't just suddenly become slim. It's been a process since last year," explained Sitha Marino at the Rumpi No Secret event, which was viewed on the TRANS Tv Official YouTube channel, Monday (23/6).
"The biggest blow came from myself and my family who said, 'this body is no longer healthy.' I was almost obese. I felt heavy and I was no longer confident in front of the camera, so I was really insecure," she explained further.
Apparently, behind the slim body that makes her look stunning, there is a role from her brother-in-law. Sitha admitted to often consulting with Chicco Jerikho.
"I don't use a nutritionist, it's free. I'm not doing intermittent fasting; in the beginning, I only ate one meal a day, now I eat two," said the girlfriend of Bastian Steel.
No wonder, Chicco Jerikho takes great care of his body shape to remain ideal and fit. He has a six-pack at the age of 40.
Although he used to feel insecure about his body shape, Sitha Marino still has a beautiful and charming face. Bastian's girlfriend is also always stylish on various occasions.
