Regarding the allegation of nepotism, Jeremy Thomas speaks up. He says that Valerie Thomas went through the same screentest process as other actors. Once she was accepted, Jeremy handed her over to the other team.
"(Valerie's involvement) went through a screentest process, she went through the same process as other actors," Jeremy said when met in Palmerah, West Jakarta, on Monday (6/24/2024).

During the shooting process, Valerie Thomas worked just like any other film project. Jeremy Thomas did not interfere with the shooting location, so she was free to explore her role.
"I've discussed this with Papa, 'How about we work on a project together with ordinary people in the future?'. But Papa supports me by not always coming to the location," said Valerie Thomas at the same moment.
In addition, Valerie also mentioned that her father will come to the shooting location if there is an important or sudden need.
"He comes when it's an emergency. Papa knows that I need space so that I feel comfortable on location," said the 25-year-old actress.
