Kapanlagi.com - After being questioned at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Jonathan Frizzy, or affectionately known as Ijonk, held a press conference regarding the alleged domestic violence case. Represented by their legal counsel, Yohan Christianto and Sebastian Karamoy presented new evidence in the form of a photo taken from the house's CCTV footage, which shows Ijonk being kicked by Dhena Devanka.
Yohan and Sebastian explained why they had to present this evidence, as their client was considered guilty by many parties. With this evidence, it is hoped that the public can know and judge the actual situation and conditions from Ijonk's perspective.
"Actually, the reason why we are presenting this evidence is because until now, the public and other parties have been looking at Mas Ijonk as the perpetrator," said Yohan when met in the Antasari area, South Jakarta, on Monday afternoon (27/9).
"That's why we are presenting this evidence to prove that Mas Ijonk is not the perpetrator. He did not engage in any physical assault or anything, in fact, he was the one who reported it," he continued.
Not only that, Ijonk also still has other evidence in the form of CCTV videos that can strengthen the report of alleged domestic violence. However, the evidence is still being kept as it is part of the authorities' investigation.
"We intentionally haven't disclosed it because it is still under investigation. There are still norms," Sebastian concluded.
For your information, Dhena Devanka reported Jonathan Frizzy to the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police for alleged domestic violence in May 2021. After that, Dhena Devanka filed for divorce against Jonathan Frizzy at the South Jakarta Religious Court on August 20, 2021.
Denying the allegations, Jonathan Frizzy filed a counter-report against Dhena Devanka for alleged domestic violence at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police on September 6, 2021. Despite filing police reports and going through the divorce process, Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka still live under the same roof.
