Not only that, the court also appointed two curators to handle Rea Wiradinata's bankruptcy and invited creditors to hold a meeting. The two curators are Janter Manurung and Fajrin Mufilhun

In the announcement, the Central Jakarta Commercial Court stated that Rea Wiradinata has been declared bankrupt since July 1, 2024, as her debt restructuring proposal was rejected by the majority of creditors.

Not only that, the court also appointed two trustees to handle Rea Wiradinata's bankruptcy and invited creditors to hold a meeting. The two trustees are Janter Manurung and Fajrin Mufilhun.

"Furthermore, we have been entrusted by the court to become the bankruptcy trustees for Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata. Creditors who wish to submit their claims can send a letter of claim accompanied by supporting evidence," said Fajri Mufilhun in Jakarta on Friday (7/5).

2. Seizure Will Be Conducted

Noverizky added that this decision serves as an entry point to seize all assets and possessions, including any movable and immovable objects. However, Noverizky hopes that Rea Wiradinata can learn valuable lessons from the current case.

"As stated in the decision, it declares Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata bankrupt. Therefore, any parties who claim to have a debt to Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata can register with the curator listed in the decision," he explained.

"Hopefully, the ongoing allegations of fraud can serve as a preparation and life lesson for him so that he will not engage in reprehensible acts in the future," he concluded.
