Despite having a very high mobility, Raline Shah never misses out on maintaining her fitness. She always makes time to exercise even when attending prestigious events like the Cannes Film Festival.
Raline has a regular schedule that combines weight training and cardio exercises every week. This is done to maintain her immunity and keep her body in top shape in front of the camera.
"For weight training, I do it about two to three times a week. But for cardio, aerobics, I walk every day. About half an hour to 45 minutes in the morning. If I'm in a hotel, 20 minutes is fine," said Raline Shah when met in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/5/2026).
