Despite having a very high mobility, Raline Shah never misses out on maintaining her fitness. She always makes time to exercise even when attending prestigious events like the Cannes Film Festival.

Raline has a regular schedule that combines weight training and cardio exercises every week. This is done to maintain her immunity and keep her body in top shape in front of the camera.

"For weight training, I do it about two to three times a week. But for cardio, aerobics, I walk every day. About half an hour to 45 minutes in the morning. If I'm in a hotel, 20 minutes is fine," said Raline Shah when met in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/5/2026).

The habit of wearing high heels for long periods often triggers bone problems for many women. However, Raline claims that to this day, her bone condition is still very safe and healthy.

"As for me, my bones so far, God willing, are fine. My bones are safe," said Raline.

Her bone health is evidently linked to the good habits she has practiced since childhood.

Raline admitted that she has loved drinking milk since she was young and is fortunate not to have any issues with lactose.

"Since I was little, I really liked milk and drank milk, and thank God I have no lactose intolerance. So Bear Brand has indeed become my favorite," she revealed.

To balance heavy physical activity, Raline also regularly consumes additional vitamins. The combination of collagen and Vitamin C is her go-to for maintaining skin health as well as boosting her immune system.
