Dangdut singer Ayu Ting Ting celebrates the Eid al-Adha holiday with gratitude once again. In 2026, the singer of the song Alamat Palsu ensures that she will sacrifice again as a form of gratitude for the blessings and health she has received.
Ayu interprets this year's Eid al-Adha as a moment of blessing for herself and her family. She feels very grateful to still be given the opportunity by God to share with others. Here are the details.
"Interpreting Eid al-Adha, of course, thank God I am still healthy, blessed with sustenance, still given blessings by Allah, and still able to sacrifice this year, thank God. For the children and for the family," said Ayu Ting Ting when met at her residence in Depok, Wednesday (27/5/2026).
Regarding the number of sacrificial animals prepared, Ayu was reluctant to mention the exact figure. She only emphasized that no matter how many there are, it should still be appreciated. "It is the principle, Mas. Alhamdulillah. Just be grateful," she said..
To ensure the quality of her sacrificial animal, Ayu personally went to choose the cow that would be slaughtered. She admitted that she had visited her regular supplier a few weeks before the holiday.
"Join, join, join. A few weeks ago, I went to Pak Ustaz's place as usual every year," Ayu asserted.
The process of slaughtering the sacrificial animal was carried out at her own residence in the Depok area. Ayu already has a special committee team that is accustomed to handling the slaughtering process and the distribution of meat every year.
"At home. We have our own committee, so every year we do the slaughtering ourselves. Mr. Ustaz also came here," she revealed.
The sacrificial meat will later be distributed to close relatives and the community living around her house. "As usual, Mas. To family, to neighbors," Ayu Ting Ting concluded.
