Ramadan Without Lina Jubaedah, Teddy Pardiyana: Everything Happens for a Reason

Kapanlagi.com - This year's Ramadan feels different for Teddy Pardiyana, the husband of the late Lina Jubaedah. If in previous years Teddy was still accompanied by his wife, this Ramadan he is spending it only with their child from their marriage with Lina Jubaedah.

Before the holy month of Ramadan arrived, Teddy took the time to visit the grave and pray for his late wife. On April 12th, Teddy also held a tahlilan ceremony with his siblings and nieces without inviting many people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"So it's a bit different, but also Allah has provided another ease, which is giving us a little one who might be the replacement for the late wife. So maybe we can't say that everything happens for a reason, it's not like a calamity," Teddy said when contacted on Monday (27/4/2020).

1. Ramadan Without a Wife

Teddy believes that there is another plan that has been prepared by God and cannot be avoided by humans. What is clear is that this Ramadan feels completely different for him.

"I am fasting this month differently from last year because last year my late wife was still here and now it's different. But Allah may have a different plan because fate and divine destiny cannot be denied anymore, the angel Izrail has been sent for my wife," he continued.

2. Maintaining Silaturahmi

Although his wife has passed away, Teddy admitted that he still maintains a good relationship with Lina's children from her marriage with Sule. Sule's children still often come to Teddy's residence to meet their half-sibling, Bintang.

"Yes, I still communicate with the children. Yesterday, Teteh Putri, Rizwan, and little Ferdi also happened to meet their younger sibling. Maybe they miss each other and want to maintain silaturahmi. Communication is still good, like that. We also had dinner together yesterday, so there is no interruption for silaturahmi between the siblings," said Teddy.

3. Close to a Woman?

A while ago, there was news that Teddy was close to a woman. Teddy denied the news and claimed that he is currently focused on raising his child as a single parent.

"Regarding the news about being close to a woman, for now, it's not true. So there were many conflicting news, hoaxes, or gossip, because that gossip was spread by jealous people, maybe. Jealous people made it up and spread it around. So it's just gossip, because until now, I'm still just friends with this person and haven't considered marriage yet. I just want to focus on raising my child, that's all," he concluded.
