Tamara Bleszynski's lawyer, Djohansyah S.H from the Djohansyah & Partners law firm, revealed that this report is a continuation of Tamara's visit to the National Police Headquarters in October 2021 to report the issue she experienced.

"Last December, I represented Tamara in making a report to the West Java Police. This is a continuation of our visit to the National Police Headquarters some time ago. At that time, we were asked to complete the documents and also because this case is located in West Java, so we were directed to make the report at the West Java Police," said Djohansyah when contacted on Monday (20/6/2022).

1. Suspected Property Asset Embezzlement

In her report, Teuku Rassya's mother reported three names for alleged property asset embezzlement in the Cipanas area of ​​West Java. Djohansyah said the asset belonged to Tamara's parents, which had been inherited by her client.

"So the report is related to the alleged embezzlement committed by three suspects against Tamara's property assets in the Cipanas area. These property assets are a legacy from Tamara's parents, which she has not enjoyed for years," said Djohansyah.

"So you can imagine how sad and disappointed Tamara is, she was given an inheritance by her father but until now it has been controlled by others," he added.

2. Wants to Quickly Resolve the Problem

Tamara reported the three individuals so that this problem would not drag on until it affected her children. Therefore, she wants to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that it does not affect her children.

"In addition to demanding her rights, Tamara's concern is also to ensure that this issue does not drag on until it affects her children. Tamara does not want to pass on the problem to her children, which is why she wants to resolve it now," said Djohansyah.

Regarding the three names reported by Tamara, Djohansyah himself could not reveal who the individuals were that had been reported by his client.

"I cannot mention the names of the suspects yet, because actually Tamara wants this issue to be resolved within the family, but the parties we reported do not seem to have good faith," said Djohansyah.

4. Embezzlement and Asset Control Article

Based on the report, Article 372 of the Criminal Code regarding embezzlement and control of assets belonging to others is included.

"That's why we reported it under Article 372 of the Criminal Code because the suspects are strongly suspected of intentionally embezzling Tamara's assets," concluded Djohansyah.
