The legal team of Doddy Sudrajat has conducted checks and found that the foundation's name for collecting donation money has not been registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, Doddy is concerned that the funds raised for Gala Sky through the donation campaign may be misused.
"I read from the list issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs that it has not been registered there. What we know from the beginning is that this fundraising is done in the name of an individual," said Djamaludin Koedoeboen, Doddy's legal counsel, when met in the Brawijaya area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (1/2).

Not stopping there, Doddy Sudrajat's legal counsel also has another suspicion. Djamaludin Koedoeboen said it is possible that the donation money that came in was transferred to another account before being sent to the foundation.
"We even suspect that the money kept in that account was also transferred to another personal account, and only then entered the foundation, which until now does not have permission from the Ministry of Social Affairs," he added.

Therefore, as a consequence of Doddy's report to the Indonesian National Police Headquarters regarding Marissya Icha's fundraising, Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah's friend, will be summoned by the Ministry of Social Affairs as the related institution.
"That's what we heard, that MI will be called soon to be held accountable by the Ministry of Social Affairs. In the Ministry of Social Affairs, there are several prerequisites that must be fulfilled first before the permission is granted," he concluded.

After initially stating that he would be one of Doddy Sudrajat's legal team, Sunan Kalijaga eventually changed course. This was because Doddy Sudrajat admitted that his name was used to intimidate Gala Sky in a video.
However, it was later revealed that the video was not true. So, what was assumed about Doddy Sudrajat's side towards his son-in-law was not proven because the video was edited by netizens.
Therefore, Sunan Kalijaga is reportedly returning to defend Doddy Sudrajat's son-in-law, Haji Faisal. However, when met in the Kasablanka area, South Jakarta, on Friday (31/12) night, Salmafina Sunan's father firmly denied the circulating information because he believed it violated the advocate's code of ethics.

"A lawyer should not, and can be subject to sanctions under the Advocate Law, when finished with his client and then switches to the opposing party," said Sunan Kalijaga.
"That can definitely be said to be unethical. I certainly will not do that," he continued.

In order to avoid misunderstandings and negative speculations from the public, Sunan Kalijaga has already conveyed a clarification directly to Haji Faisal and Doddy Sudrajat. He also regrets the emergence of news without seeking confirmation from him.
"I regret that there are some media outlets that have a certain reputation also participating in reporting this," he said.
