Reprimanded by the Judge for Being 2 Hours Late, Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie Attend the Continuation of the Drug Case Hearing on Time

Kapanlagi.com - Celebrity couple Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie arrived on time for the continuation of the drug abuse case hearing at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday (16/12). This time, the hearing, which had the agenda of examining the defendant, presented Nia and Ardie's driver, Zen Vivanto, who is also a suspect.

Nia and Ardie, along with their lawyer, Wa Ode Nur Zainab, arrived at the Central Jakarta District Court at around 09.30 AM. Nia Ramadhani kindly greeted the attending media covering their hearing.

"Hello, sister, brother. Thank you for your support," said Nia Ramadhani.

1. Request for Honest Testimony

After that, the Chief Judge, Muhammad Damis, opened the trial at 10:00 AM. The Chief Judge then asked the defendants to provide honest testimony according to the facts that occurred.

"Warning to the defendants to provide honest testimony in the trial. I request that you all provide the testimony as it is," said the Chief Judge.

Previously, Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie were late for almost two hours during the trial at the Central Jakarta District Court. Nia and Ardie arrived at 11:49 AM instead of the scheduled time of 10:00 AM. They were reprimanded by the judge for being late for two hours.

2. Revealing the Reason for Using Narcotics

In the continuation of the trial, Nia Ramadhani revealed her reason for using the illicit substance. The mother of three children stated that she consumed methamphetamine because she felt depressed.

This started since the departure of her father in 2014. Since then, she felt lost and very sad, even for years. 

"In early 2014, my father passed away, and from that moment, I met him three years later until he passed away. Since April, I haven't told anyone that I really felt lost," said Nia Ramadhani in front of the Panel of Judges. 

3. In Good Condition

Celebrity couple Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie attended a continuation hearing for a drug abuse case at the Central Jakarta District Court on Monday (9/12). The hearing was scheduled for the examination of witnesses.

Nia and Ardi were seen wearing matching white shirts. Both of them appeared serious while listening to the testimonies of the witnesses during the hearing.

Although wearing masks, Ardi Bakrie occasionally smiled and answered questions from the media. Nia Ramadhani also occasionally waved her hand politely when asked about her current condition.

"In good condition," said Nia Ramadhani.

4. Requesting Rehabilitation

One of the witnesses mentioned that the addiction experienced by Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie is currently mild. Therefore, rehabilitation is being proposed for both of them.

Afterwards, when the hearing was over, both of them quickly left the courtroom. Nia and Ardi's aides were seen escorting their bosses to the car.

5. Just Pray

While continuing to walk, Ardi Bakrie asked to be prayed for so that all legal processes would go smoothly. Speaking briefly, both of them hurriedly got into the car and left.

"Just pray," said Ardi Bakrie.
