Ressa Rossano's Legal Counsel Requests Denada to Appear, Discuss Birth Certificate

The feud between Ressa Rossano and Denada regarding the child's acknowledgment is heating up. Ressa's legal counsel, Ronald Armada, questions the validity of Denada's claims that they have maintained good communication for years.

According to Ronald, Denada's communication with Ressa only occurred after the lawsuit was filed. Ressa's side also highlights discrepancies in Ressa's population administration documents.

Since childhood, Ressa's mother's name on the birth certificate is not written as Denada, but rather her grandfather's name. This is considered strong evidence of neglect of status for decades.

"Why, if that happens, does Ressa still call her 'Mbak'? That's one. Then the second, if she really considers her a child, why was Ressa taken to Banyuwangi? That's two. Third, if she still considers her a child, why is Ressa's birth certificate under the name Dirosa Nur Hansah, not Denada Tambunan as her mother? That's the fact. It's simple, brothers and sisters," said Legal Counsel 1 in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, Saturday (31/1/2026).

The Ressa party also regrets Denada's attitude, which until now seems to avoid direct meetings. They hope this issue can be resolved amicably if there is good faith to meet face to face.

"The simplest logic is, if you feel you are not wrong, if you feel you are right, then why are you still hiding until now? It sounds funny. That’s why come out, let’s talk face to face, let’s formulate how the solution can be reached in a family-like manner, actually privately yesterday," he said.

Although in the legal process, Ressa Rossano admitted that she still has feelings for the person she is suing. She once revealed the contents of a text message that was sent."Yes, whatever happens, Always Love You," Ressa stated.

The legal team emphasized that they did not manipulate facts in this case. Everything presented is claimed to be based on evidence available on the ground.

"I have never manipulated facts. I speak about facts. Bismillah, what I am stating is true. If you want to challenge me, feel free. I have never been afraid of anyone as long as I defend the truth," concluded Ronald Armada.
