Sherina officially filed for divorce from her husband, Baskara Mahendra, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on January 16, 2025. The lawsuit has been registered with case number 325/PDT.G/2025/PAJS.

The spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, Suryana, confirmed and stated that the schedule for the first hearing has been set.

"It has been filed at the South Jakarta Religious Court, registered on January 16, 2025. The hearing schedule has been determined. God willing, the first hearing will be on Thursday, January 30," he said when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Friday (January 17, 2025).

According to Suryana, both are known to have been living apart before the lawsuit was filed. Sherina is currently residing in Kebayoran Lama, while Baskara is known to live in Serpong, Tangerang. However, the reasons cannot yet be published.

“Already separated, the addresses are already separated. If the plaintiff is located in Kebayoran Lama, the defendant's address is in Serpong, Tangerang,” Suryana explained.

“The reason cannot be mentioned here yet, because it needs to be proven first. So this is confidential, the trial is closed to the public,” Suryana revealed.

This legal process began after the lawsuit dated January 14 was officially registered on January 16. The court information system has recorded and appointed the panel of judges who will handle this case.
