The mystery behind the drastic decline in comedian Sule's health has finally been revealed. After various wild rumors circulated on social media claiming he was seriously ill, his son, Rizwan Fadilah, has now spoken out to clarify all the confusing news.

According to Njan, his familiar nickname, the main reason his father fell ill was not due to a serious illness as rumored, but purely because of exhaustion from a very packed schedule.
"He was exhausted. My dad has so many activities," said Rizwan Fadilah when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (10/09/2025).
Njan explained that his father's schedule, which often involved back and forth trips between Jakarta and Bandung without sufficient rest, was the main trigger. Sule's body eventually reached its limit and signaled the need to rest.
"At that time, he was going back and forth to Bandung and Jakarta, so maybe there was a point where he actually needed to rest but he kept pushing through, and eventually he dropped," he revealed.
Sule's condition was quite serious at one point, requiring him to receive IV treatment at home. Njan mentioned that the symptoms his father experienced were similar to typhoid fever."Dad is really down, guys. So it seems like it was typhoid symptoms. He had to be on an IV yesterday," he explained.
Njan's explanation also dispels all unfounded rumors circulating, including the malicious issue that claims Sule is suffering from liver cancer. Njan himself admitted to having seen that issue on social media but chose not to respond."Yeah, I heard it, it came up on my FYP. But I don't want to ruin the mood," he said.
Now, the family has chosen to focus on Sule's recovery process. Njan ensures that his father's condition has been gradually improving although he still needs a lot of rest.
