Eza Gionino and his legal team are currently preparing to face the first divorce hearing scheduled to be held at the Cibinong Religious Court on September 22, 2025. Instead of preparing strategies for a courtroom battle, Eza's side will prioritize the mediation process.

According to Raka Danira, Eza's attorney, their main focus right now is the mental and psychological health of Eza's three children and Meiza Aulia Coritha (Echa). They do not want this divorce process to negatively impact the children.
"What is concerning is the mental health of the children, that Mikhayla, Khan, and also Akshay have an emotional closeness with Mas Eza," said Raka in Cibubur, Wednesday (10/9/2025).
Their side hopes that through mediation, the best solution will be found not only for Eza and Echa but also for the future of their children.
"What we will prioritize is mediation. So maybe we shouldn't speculate," explained Raka.
"If this lawsuit continues, we hope that in this mediation process we can achieve the best outcome," he continued.
Eza Gionino also expressed his readiness to attend court if summoned. As a good citizen, he will follow the entire legal process that is underway.
"Yes, maybe we will see the situation and conditions, if we are summoned by the court as good citizens, then we must attend," concluded Eza.
