The contents of the divorce petition filed by former child singer Chikita Meidy against her husband, Indra Adhitya, have now begun to be revealed to the public. Indra Adhitya's side, through his lawyer, has disclosed the main points that are Chikita's demands in her application to the court.

When contacted by the media on Sunday (13/7/2025), Indra Adhitya's lawyer, Raidin Anom, explained the general contents of the petition they have received.
Narratively, Raidin Anom mentioned that there are three main points in the lawsuit. First, Chikita Meidy is requesting full custody of the child resulting from their marriage.
Second, there is a demand regarding the fulfillment of financial needs that must be provided monthly by Indra Adhitya after the divorce.
The third point is the most fundamental, where Chikita alleges serious issues in the household, such as accusations of online gambling and Domestic Violence (KDRT), as the basis of her lawsuit.
In response to all these allegations or demands, Indra Adhitya's side stated that they are prepared with all the materials to refute them in court.
"We're just going along with it, since we have prepared all the arguments and counterarguments for our divorce lawsuit, and we will test in the courtroom whether what he has built has evidence or not. We are still ready," said Raidin Anom.
His side is now challenging Chikita Meidy's side to prove all the accusations that have been made in the lawsuit.
For them, proving it in front of the court is the only legitimate arena to test the truth of each accusation. "We'll just wait for the proof in court later," he concluded briefly.
