Reza Artamevia Clarification on Report and Diamonds Worth Rp 150 Billion

Kapanlagi.com - Senior singer Reza Artamevia visited the Bareskrim Mabes Polri on Friday (15/11/2024) night to undergo questioning regarding the report she made on November 6, 2024. In the midst of this case, Reza is also facing a counter-report from someone with the initials IM at Polda Metro Jaya related to allegations of fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering (TPPU) amounting to Rp18.5 billion.

When met after the examination, the mother of Aaliyah Massaid provided an explanation regarding the news that has been circulating. She emphasized that she has handed over diamonds worth Rp150 billion to the party that is now in dispute with her.

"I just want to clarify the news that is circulating, that essentially I have diamonds worth Rp150 billion that are with them. It has been handed over, and there is evidence of that," said Reza

1. Reveal All Evidence

According to him, the delivery of the diamond was officially agreed upon through legal processes. "There is already evidence of the sales agreement at the notary, and all of this is genuine. The diamond I handed over is indeed genuine," he continued.

However, out of the total of Rp150 billion, Reza mentioned that the opposing party has only paid Rp18.5 billion. He added that this payment was made after the delivery of the diamond, but the remaining amount has not been settled to this day.

"From that Rp150 billion, there is an amount we agreed upon. Well, they have only given me Rp18.5 billion. Then we kept waiting until finally on October 7, news developed like what you heard," explained Reza.

Reza also revealed that the opposing party provided reasons regarding technical difficulties that caused the delay in the remaining payment. However, after several months, that commitment has still not been fulfilled.

"The reason when we asked for payment, how is the resolution, they said there are bank issues, banking matters. But that also remains unresolved," he revealed.

2. Doesn't Want to Make the Situation More Chaotic

As a party who feels aggrieved, Reza claims he does not want to make the situation more chaotic. He chooses to fully hand over this process to the police.

"Personally, I don’t want it to be noisy, I want to find a good resolution. But since I have reported it, it’s better for me to just leave it to the authorities," he asserted.

In the midst of this investigation, Reza hopes that his case can soon find clarity. He remains committed to following the legal process with the hope of a fair resolution for all parties.
