Reza Gladys Challenges Nikita Mirzani Present Directly in Mediation, Legal Counsel: If It's Just a Lawyer, I'll Face It Myself!

Kapanlagi.com - The conflict between Reza Gladys and Nikita Mirzani has now entered a new chapter. The civil lawsuit worth IDR 100 billion filed by Nikita against Reza continues to roll in the South Jakarta District Court. Now, the case will enter the mediation stage.

The follow-up hearing is scheduled for Wednesday (11/6/2025). In that hearing, the panel of judges requested both parties to attempt a peaceful resolution through mediation, in accordance with the legal procedures applicable to civil cases.

"Today the judge requested mediation. There is a possibility for peace, but right now I can't speak," said Reza Gladys's legal counsel, Julianus Sembiring, after the hearing.

Reza Gladys's legal team stated that their client is ready to come directly to the mediation room. However, this depends on Nikita Mirzani's direct presence, not just being represented by her legal team.

1. Main Key

"Doctor Reza Gladys will be invited to come for mediation. On the condition that Nikita also attends the mediation," said Robert Par Uhum, a member of Reza's legal team.

According to Robert, a direct meeting between both parties is the main key to resolving this matter. He emphasized that peace cannot be achieved if it only involves legal representatives.

"If you meet and talk to the legal representatives there, nothing will be resolved. If it's just meeting Niki's legal representative, I can handle it myself," he asserted.

He also reiterated that Reza Gladys's willingness to come directly to court is a form of good faith, as long as Nikita is also present.

2. Direct Reconciliation

"But if Niki comes, Reza Gladys will come to discuss in hopes of reaching a reconciliation," added Robert.

In his view, mediation will only be effective if both principals meet directly, without legal intermediaries.

"So Doctor Reza must reconcile directly with Nikita," he concluded.

Now, the public is waiting to see whether these two celebrities are willing to meet face-to-face and seek a point of reconciliation amid this widely publicized case.
