The legal team of doctor Reza Gladys sharply criticized the lawsuit for Unlawful Acts (PMH) filed by Nikita Mirzani. According to them, the Nikita Mirzani side has failed to focus and does not understand the essence of the lawsuit they filed themselves.

Robert Paruhum, one of Reza Gladys's lawyers, explained that the PMH lawsuit should focus on proving the existence of unlawful acts committed by his client. However, during the trial, the Nikita side was busy proving the existence of an agreement, which is more relevant to a breach of contract lawsuit.

He highlighted the evidence submitted by the Nikita side, most of which consisted of photocopies of agreements. According to him, this indicates a fundamental mistake in their legal strategy.

"The plaintiff does not understand his lawsuit. This lawsuit is a lawsuit for unlawful acts," emphasized Robert Paruhum when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (8/4/2026).

"They are busy with photocopies of their agreements that they brought into the trial. Yes. The agreement is a matter of default," he explained.

Robert continued that Nikita's side should present evidence or witnesses that could show what actions Reza Gladys has taken that violate the law.

"Prove that Dr. Reza is acting unlawfully, where? What did he do? What law did he violate? That should be proven, not the agreements," he added.

This fatal mistake has made Reza Gladys's legal team even more confident that the lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani is weak and unfounded.

"If you don't change the lawsuit to default, then the agreements, the agreements are brought in," he sneered at Nikita Mirzani.

Now, after Nikita Mirzani's side lost the opportunity to present witnesses, Reza Gladys's team is preparing to launch a counterattack by proving that it is actually the plaintiff who has committed illegal acts.
