Ria Ricis has just handed over an 8-unit boarding house to her daughter, Moana. Although her child is still young, Ricis has already provided assets in the form of wealth that will continue to grow in value as the years go by.
This news was shared by Ricis through her personal Instagram account recently. She also invited Moana to become the caretaker of their boarding house by cleaning it up.

Ria Ricis handed over a boarding house containing 8 rooms to Moana. She and Moana have signed the asset transfer letter for the boarding house.
After signing the asset transfer, Ricis invited Moana to check out the boarding house. Ricis then immediately asked Moana to clean up the asset that now belongs to her.
The 8-room boarding house owned by Moana is complete and ready for occupancy. The building is quite grand, consisting of two floors.
"With this, I declare that the 8-room boarding house is now officially the property of my friend @aramoanadaily," wrote Ricis on her Instagram account.
This boarding house was completed close to the total renovation carried out by Ria Ricis at her main house. Ricis is fulfilling her schedule this year with property development.
Even though Moana is still small, Ricis has already provided a very large asset. Of course, Ricis will manage that asset later. However, when Moana is grown up, she will be able to utilize it well.
